END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT:
'Label Wizard Professional'
DEFINITION OF SHAREWARE

Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software before buying it. If you try a Shareware program and continue using it, you are expected to register. Individual programs differ on details, some request registration while others require it, some specify a maximum trial period. With registration, you get anything from the simple right to continue using the software to an updated program with printed manual.

Copyright laws apply to both Shareware and commercial software, and the copyright holder retains all rights, with a few specific exceptions as stated below. Shareware authors are accomplished programmers, just like commercial authors, and the programs are of comparable quality. The main difference is in the method of distribution. The author specifically grants the right to copy and distribute the software, either to all and sundry or to a specific group.

Shareware is a distribution method, not a type of software. You should find software that suits your needs and pocketbook, whether its commercial or Shareware. The Shareware system makes fitting your needs easier, because you can try before you buy. And because the overhead is low, prices are low also. Shareware has the ultimate satisfaction guarantee;if you dont use the product, you dont pay for it.

Users of 'Label Wizard Professional' MUST accept this disclaimer of warranty:

'Label Wizard Professional' is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of 'Label Wizard Professional'.

'Label Wizard Professional' is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge to the user for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends, but please do not give it away altered or as part of another system. The essence of "user-supported" software is to provide personal computer users with quality software without high prices, and yet to provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop new products. If you find this program useful and find that you are using 'Label Wizard Professional' and continue to use 'Label Wizard Professional' after a reasonable trial period, you must make a registration payment to LedSet.com. The registration fee will license one copy for use on one computer.

Any commercial organization distributing 'Label Wizard Professional' for any kind of remuneration must first contact LedSet.com for authorizaion. This authorization will be automatically granted to distributors recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for shareware distributors, and such distributors may begin offering 'Label Wizard Professional' immediately (However LedSet.com must still be advised so that the distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of 'Label Wizard Professional'.).

Otherwise, you are encouraged to pass a copy of 'Label Wizard Professional' along to your friends, associates and relatives for evaluation. Please encourage them to register their copy if they find that they can use it. All registered users are able to upgrade to the latest version of 'Label Wizard Professional' for FREE and will be eligible for full customer support services.
REFUND POLICY

This LedSet.com software product is downloadable and try-before-you-buy. We provide a free trial version of 'Label Wizard Professional' with restricted functionality for your convenience in order that you may evaluate the software.

If you register 'Label Wizard Professional', after your credit card or check is approved, an email will be sent to you with the registration key to unlock the software. Once this information is emailed to you, there will be no refunds given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software. With a traditional retail purchase, you are able to return a physical product.

During your unregistered evaluation period, our support staff is available to assist in installation and configuration via email. We strongly recommend that all users download, install, and test any evaluation version prior to making a purchase.

There will be no refunds issued for shareware products once registered.

KEY RECUTS

Should you change your computers motherboard, your unlock key will no longer work. In that case we will cut you a new key, you'll just have to send us an email containing your new Build ID. Your Build ID can be found in the scrolling credits of Label Wizard's information screen. You are limited to 2 key recuts per year before we require you to re-register Label Wizard Pro.
